You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

When shipping internationally, you become the importer and are therefore liable for any local duties and taxes. Silky Tots are not responsible for any additional import fees or delays that may occur.

What is “Free Returns + Package Protection” Coverage?

When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, your order is also protected.

If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Please note:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. If the box has been damaged and the sheet not packed as received not as received, exchanges/store credit will be offered in place of refunds. Please double check the size before ordering as we all know how hard is it to refold a fitted sheet!
